PREPARRE A PRESENTATION USING THE FOLLOWING DETAILS

Organisations are facing ever-changing environment since the start of Covid-19. Firms need to remain competitive while making strategic changes in their operations.You will be required to identify an organisation with direct or indirect involvement with international business, e.g. an exporter, a MNE, or a domestic business with international suppliers. You will select an organisation of your choice and search for information from online sources or talk to the owner/ manager of the organisation (or a supervisor or part of a self-managed team) for insights on the organisation's global business strategies and decision-making.

You are hired as a consultant to analyse the decisions made by the organisation and provide recommendations. You will:

• critically analyse the firm-specific advantages (FSAs) that make the firm competitive.
• use Porter's model to analyse how changes in the environment since the start of Covid impacted the organisation's competitiveness
• what are your recommendations for the organisation to remain competitive?
