Presentation Instructions

Please read this document until the end.

Please choose a company of your own choice. It can be a real company or a hypothetical company.

As a manager of this company, you will involved in planning, organizing, leading and controlling of several tasks and employees

Plan: please prepare on slide on "Planning" function. In it, you will list down 3 or 4 goals of the company.

Organize: please prepare a slide on "Organizing". In it, you will write the tasks (5 to 10) to achieve the goals mentioned in the "Plan" slide.

Lead: please prepare a slide on "Leading". In it, you will list the strategies (2 or 3) to motivate your team.

Control: please prepare a slide on "Controlling". In this slide you list the down points through which you will measure the performance of your employees.

Please make sure you do not write much or less. Please write appropriately.

Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint.

Please prepare only 5 slides ONLY i.e. slide # 1= your name, slide # 2= Planning, slide # 3= organizing, slide # 4= leading, slide # 5= leading.

You are free to choose any font size, color and style.

Deadline of Submission: 7-April 11:59 pm.
