    • Your schedule is full for early spring and you are too busy to include two additional musical stages to your electrical update; you have other clients and commitments.
    • Parts have already been ordered and special order parts are already in production. Additional parts will not be ready to meet the August 15th opening weekend deadline.
    • You only have one crew who can handle the size and complexity of this project, so adding additional crews is not an option.

Dear Dotto:

I hope you and the business are doing well. I am writing with a request to increase our electrical upgrade project from the one main stage to include two of our smaller stages as well.

After meeting with the board last week and showing them the plans and drawings for the Mid Way stage, everyone was very excited and believe we should include these upgrades to the other stages for this season as well.

This details of the request are as follows:

  • Electrical and Lighting update increased from one stage to three stages.
  • Completion date to remain in place: August 15, 2023 (opening weekend).
  • Access to the stages available as soon as you require.

As you know we are a seasonal business and make most of our income during the summer, any upgrades that increase revenue are beneficial. We are willing to pay an increased fee for expediting the two additional stages to meet the deadline in place.
