Price Management

i) Visit a fruit and/or vegetable entrepreneur of your choice (I suggest that you pre-book an appointment for a 15-minute interview with the entrepreneur).

ii) Prepare a brief (15 minute) interview guide to help you establish "the extent to which the entrepreneur adheres to the (price management) standards reflected under part a above."

iii) Carry out an interview on the identified fruit and/or vegetable entrepreneur and write a 3-paged paper summarizing your findings.
