Then liaised with admin to ensure all the stationery and hardware tools were provided and then with finance to ensure petty cash was provided to the store team. The usual challenges that occur in such situations are for example when admin take too long to provide the point-of-sale system, or when the buying team challenges back on some stock purchases and recommendations. Being able to get everyone on-board and in-line with the objective is the goal. I bought a bottle of juice the other day, I imagine the supply chain involves different aspects of which is the collection of raw ingredients or the fruits, processing them in specialized machinery and extracting the juice and vitamins etc. and once done, bottling the juice in custom bottles that are likely made in another factory and transported to the bottling plant and then quality control, packaging and shelving in refrigerated storage facilities before being shipped off to distributors or retailers
