Prior to the resurgence of Aristotelian philosophy, Christian worship was primarily focused strictly on the spiritual and other- worldly nature faith, but Aquinas (influences by Aristotle's writings) began to use logic and develop arguments about the natural world that he believed would prove the existence of God. Discuss one or more of Aquinas' five proofs for the existence of God; do you find any of these arguments compelling, and if so, why?
