Privacy.Scary words or Nothing to worry about?

Recently, we found out that Amazon employees were listening in on us through Alexa, ostensibly to improve the artificial intelligence (AI) behind the service. Turns out, there are a host of things we agree to when we click the button saying we've read and agree to these companies' terms, i.e., those pesky user agreements. Look at these websites for interesting hidden clauses in user agreements:

Should employees have a right to privacy in their electronic usage and data? Should employers be able to review an employee's every key stroke and mouse movement?

What about consumers? Should there be a "bill of rights" for privacy considerations against companies recording, analyzing and selling a consumer's electronic data?
