Dataset: PlantGrowth

The dataset PlantGrowth is a datafile in the R datasets. If you typePlantGrowthfrom the R prompt you will see the data. For more information about this data type help(PlantGrowth) from the R prompt.

Following steps 00, 0, 1, ..., 7 perform an investigation to test if there is a difference in mean plant yields between the groups. If appropriate perform Post-hoc multiple comparisons.

This is just a tutorial question and I believe I have done all these steps correctly in R Markdown but i'm not entirely sure.

00 Load Data

0 Check Assumptions for One Way ANOVA

1 Set Null and Alternate Hypothesis

2 Set a level of significance (alpha = 0.05

3 Calculate Test Statistic (F) by hand

4 Sketch F Distribution (in R) and mark critical region

5 Find the P-Value

6 State whether P-Value is < Alpha and what this means

7 Find confidence interval (Run ANOVA)
