A fun thing to gure out would be the frequency of radiation for the red light. In order to do this you would rst have to search for the wavelength (in mm) the red light emits and compute its frequency of radiation. (a) Find out what wavelength the red light emits and calculate the frequency of radiation for this wavelength. If you don't remember the exact value of the red color wavelength, you are welcome to google it. (5 pts) (b) Similarly, if the frequency of radiation for the green trafc light is 5.45 x 1014 3'1, what wavelength would that value correspond to? (5 pts) (c) What is the energy (E = hv, where h is Planck's constant) of one photon of red light? Compare this to the energy of one photon of green light. (5 pts)
