"When you go to the restaurant, technically, you are in control of what you order. In a larger sense, you can only order an item if it is on the menu. Your options are constrained by what's available. You have chosen a restaurant when you can only order from the menu of this restaurant."

Is this a correct example to illustrate scarcity? If yes, explain why. If no, rewrite this example correctly.
