Problem $3$: $(10$ points$)$ Phone Validator

Modify the phone$\_$validator.py program given in Unit $5$ to validate phone numbers of the form $1-($###$)-$#######$.$ If the phone number is in this form the program should print Valid otherwise it should print Invalid. Below are two examples of how your program should run with different inputs:
