Problem Description: You will be given a FASTA file which consists of a 1 line header describing the gene and then several lines which contain the DNA sequence (i.e., a combination of A, T, C, and G which represent how these nucleotides are ordered in the gene). Your program needs to calculate the relative frequency of the nucleotides in gene and the total number of nucleotides. Write a Java program to do the following: 1. Read in and save the header description from a FASTA file named gene.fasta which is available on Blackboard download. YOUR PROGRAM SHOULD NOT CONTAIN A PATH TO THE FILE (i.e., use new File(gene.fasta);). 2. Read each line in the file that contains a sequence (i.e., the lines after the header) and keep track of the number of As, Gs, Cs and Ts. 3. Calculate and display the relative frequency of each nucleotide and total number of nucleotids, along with the contents of the header. Requirements: In addition to fulfilling the interaction described above your program must also 1. Have the main class named GeneScanner 2.
