Have you noticed recently when grocery shopping that some products have the same shape packaging and the same price BUT the quantity in the package has been reduced?You know this by studying the information on the package.

There are also times when stores offer successive percent discounts on a product that can mislead the less than careful shopper about how much isactually beingsaved.

Let's do some math to analyze these practices and their effect on our budgets.
