Problem Statements:

A. Jose, owner of Mang Joe Inasal, orders 1,000 pcs. of premium dressed chicken from Jojoy Food Corp. to be delivered five days after the execution of the purchase contract. Jose undertakes to pay 50% of the total contract price of PhP50,000 exclusive of VAT immediately upon contract signing, and pay the remaining 50% upon complete delivery of the orders by Jojoy Food Corp.

D. Jojoy Food Corp enters into an exclusive dealership agreement with Aling Kikay Convenience. The agreement prohibits Aling Kikay to promote, sell or distribute any dressed chickenthat are not produced by Jojoy Food Corp.
