Culture and society have historically looked down upon the trades over other avenues such as college. Lack of expansion of the trades disables better benefits and growth for employees and companies alike.
Questions: Is this a generational aptitude or attitude problem? Why does this generation and current culture embrace or expect a hand-me-out society? Is it the age of the internet where an answer is a click away that has made it easier to enable instant gratification expectations?
