Procedures:

1. Connect electrical wiring of valve displacement measuring kit according to circuit diagram attached with device.
2. Power on the measuring device and check the datum reading of each valve.
3. Rotate camshaft to TDC of first cylinder. ( The zero mark setting on opposite end of camshaft)
4. Rotate camshaft clockwise (looking into the disk from front) to 5. Record displacement of valves starting with initial position at TDC of first cylinder.
5. Record the valve lift against camshaft rotating angle for every 5 until 360.

Determine the following data from the measuring results

Exhaust valve opening range:__ crankshaft angle to __ crankshaft angle

Intake valve opening range:__ crankshaft angle to __ crankshaft angle

Valve overlap: __ (crankshaft angle)
