Customers may request a repair service by visiting MoonGlow's repair shop. The participants in this process include the Customer as well as MoonGlow Auto's Receptionist and Mechanic. The process instance is triggered when the Customer arrives at MoonGlow and requests a repair service. The process proceeds as follows: 1. The Customer enters MoonGlow's repair shop and is greeted by the Receptionist. 2. The Customer proceeds to reports one or more symptoms to the Receptionist and requests a quote. 3. The Receptionist makes a preliminary diagnosis and prepares a quote of the repair items and any further investigation that may be needed for each item. 4. The customer may approve or decline to quote. 4.1. If approved, the vehicle proceeds to the Mechanic in the repair department. 4.2. If declined, the customer leaves the shop with their vehicle, and the quote is cancelled. 5. When the Mechanic receives the vehicle, he investigates each of the repair items from the preliminary diagnosis and either repairs them, discovers additional repair items needed, or suggests that an item be left unrepaired. 5.1. If the Mechanic suggests a repair item be left unrepaired, the Customer may either agree or disagree. 5.1.1. If the Customer agrees, the repair item is rejected and removed from the final invoice. 5.1.2. If the Customer disagrees, the Mechanic repairs the item. 5.1.3. This continues until all items are either repaired or rejected. 5.2. If additional repair items are discovered, the Customer may either approve or reject each one. This continues until all items are either repaired or rejected. 5.3. During the Mechanic's investigation, the Customer may also call in with an additional repair item to be added to the list being investigated. 6. Once the Mechanic has completed his investigation and repairs, the Receptionist prepares an invoice for the repaired items and presented them to the customer. 7. The customer pays the bill and leaves the shop with the vehicle. 8. At any point, the Customer or the Mechanic may cancel the repair service. The Customer would be required to pay for any items for which repairs were done and leave the shop with their vehicle. 2.
