A production process for a product involves the following steps, some of which can be done in parallel. The process includes the possibility of rework if defects are found:

1. Material Preparation: 1 hour
2. Cutting and Shaping happening at the same time:
   • Cutting: 1.5 hours
   • Shaping: 2 hours
3. Assembly: 2 hours
4. Inspection: 1 hour (10% need rework)
5. Packaging: 0.5 hours for small parts (30%) and 1 hour to large parts (70%)
