This activity is important because it demonstrates a step-by-step process to help you apply what youre learning in order to build your career readiness.
The goal of this activity is to challenge your understanding of the process for managing career readiness outlined in Figure 1.5 of your textbook.
Following are scenarios related to the process for managing career readiness. Some scenarios depict a student correctly using a step in the process, while other scenarios depict a student using a step in the process improperly. Read each scenario and EITHER select the step of the process for managing career readiness that it depicts as being used correctly OR indicate that the scenario depicts a person improperly using the process.
1. Sarah wants to develop her cross-cultural competency, so she finds two international student events to attend in the upcoming semester to help her learn more about these cultures.
