Details : The system consists of three units: an absorber column, a distillation column and a condenser unit connected in series.
The waste vapor stream G , Air 95%, Acetone 3%, water 2% and a countercurrent flow of water W (100% water) are fed to the Absorber ( Unit 1). The outflows of Unit 1 are Air A (99.5% Air, 0.5% Water) and a solution of Acetone F (Acetone 19%, Water 81%) The acetone solution F is fed to the Distillation Column (Unit 2). The Unit 2 has 2 outflows, the bottom liquid B ( Acetone 4%, Water 96%) and a Vapor V fed to the Condenser ( Unit 3). The product of Unit 3 is the Distallate D (Acetone 99%, Water 1%. All flows are specified as Weight Percent
Task : a) Draw a detailed flowsheet of the process, identifying all the in- and outflows
