Professional Practices & Ethic

You are a recent graduate from college with a technical degree but you are having trouble getting a job. You actually prepared a very professional resume and have placed it on several Web Sites, and directly to several company HR sites in your city. You haven't gotten any responses from your resumes. You know that one of your shortcomings is that you have no real job experience. You are considering beefing up your resume by rewriting it to change the extent to which your senior capstone project appears as work experience, as the assignment was actually a small project for a local web development company. You could refocus your resume to make it sound like you were actually working for the company, and that your project responsibilities were very significant, rather than class focused.
