The four stages of the training cycle are: 1. Analyzing training needs 2. Designing and developing the training programme 3. Delivery of the training 4. Evaluating the training The aim of this assignment is to match with the PILO no. 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 and MILOs IL01, IL02, IL03 and IL04 of the module to test your ability to develop, deliver and evaluate a training programme based on your knowledge and application of the concept of the training cycle. This assignment is an individual report of around 1000 words of a training programme that you designed for an appropriate audience following the concept of the training cycle. The report should include the needs analysis, design objectives, delivery methods and evaluation of the training.
