A climate analyzer measures snow fall on a regular basis. The information is then conveyed to the Weather Service in the form of a report. Based on the values the analyzer conveys, extreme weather conditions, such as floods, hails, tornados, snow, freezing rain, heavy rain, etc. are reported to the general public.
If the snow reaches a limit of 3.5 inches, the reservoir in the immediate area will cause freezing. Hence, the snowfall must be measured every 30 minutes to keep track of drastic changes in the weather.
Write a program to get the user to input the measured snowfall. If the snowfall does not exceed the 3.5 inches, then the analyzer does nothing. Otherwise, wait for 30 minutes and a new value must be entered for the snowfall until it reaches a safe level.
