1. Write the commands that would:

a. Execute this sequence of commands in a subshell and write the output to the file called output.txt. Heres the sequence:

echo hello from $$

sleep 3

echo goodbye

b. Then display the contents of output.txt once the subshell has finished.

c. What does the $$ variable give you?
