PROJ595: Qualitative Risk Analysis Tools

Research, compare and contrast, the data analysis tool Influence Diagrams and their attributes. If you can please do so in relation to Simulation, Sensitivity Analysis, & Decision Tree Analysis that would be awesome! This can be difficult to understand in the sense of Quantitative risk analysis and Project Management. In other words, which analysis tools are the most effective and efficient to use for risk analysis on a large or small project, or if a combination of them is?
