VIDEO PRESENTATION 10% - Once formed, the event management company will be tasked with producing a visually stimulating media pitch (video presentation) for a meeting or a conference. - SO, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A VIDEO PRESENTATION AND UPLAD ON MEDIA ALBUM. - Your event must be viewed as the ideal event for potential sponsors to come on board to maximize their brand. The pitch should be no longer than 3 minutes and should include music on the background. The media pitch should include explore: - A clear rationale for choice of country based on your research and environmental scanning. - The objectives of the event and a detailed event overview. - How sponsors can participate in the event? - What will be the benefits of their association with the event? -What are the clear benefits to association with the event? (4 pts) Table of contents listing the documents in the production book with page numbers. (6 pts) An Executive Summary describing the overall event through an introductory statement. (20 pts) Research: Describe your research process. What tools were utilized to gather research material? Who was involved in the research process? In the appendix include the following items and refer to how they were utilized in the body of this section. Include a needs assessment and feasibility study for producing the event i.e., Why. Who, When, Where, What, How and the SWOT Analysis, BEO and Invoices. (30 pts) Design: The creative process for designing the event based upon your conclusions from the needs assessment and feasibility study. Discuss what tools you utilize to create the design element. In the appendix include photos and samples of materials (as appropriate). (40 pts) Planning: Discuss the process for planning the event based upon the organizational framework. Include the plan for managing the event resources to meet the needs of event stakeholders. Include the following items and put the actual documents in the appendix; organizational chart, production schedule, budget and time line (critical path) and list of vendors.
