Project 3: Closing and Resources (Due Date: April 26th) This is where you describe how both your project quality plans and risk management plans were executed. You can find this in both chapters 8 and 11 of your textbook. Chapter 8 of your textbook provided you with the 3 Project quality approaches and chapter 11 of your textbook provided you with the six major processes involved in project risk management. Project 3 Guidelines and Requirements Follow these processes and approaches as related to how you completed your project as follows: a. Identify the steps you took to ensure that your project website/mobile app followed the 3 project quality approaches as explained in chapter 8. You must identify the approaches and align them with the approaches to your project. b. Next, you will describe the six major risk management processes as listed in chapter 11 of your textbook aligned to your project. For example, create a risk management plan that includes the following: 0 A set of risks that could reasonably occur and that had an impact on the project during development. 0 An analysis of each risk Appropriate methods your deployed for managing each risk 0 Define the major phases of the project (at least four) and create at least one risk-based scenario for each phase of the project. Each risk you describe in the risk management plan should be included in at least one of the scenarios and each phase should include at least one risk. Chapter 11 discussed major phases in project risk management. Use the explanations on this to justify the major phases of your project risks. c. Finally, identify each element of the project-schedule, cost, resource, and scope-and run each what-if simulation that may have affected the development of your project. Simulations may represent changes that occur in specific elements of the project. d. Each what-if simulation should include five major changes to any aspects of your project that would affect the schedule, cost, resources, and scope. For example, in the what-if simulation about the schedule, you could explain what happens if five activities increase in duration by X days. An example of how to do this can be found in figures 4-7 of your textbook. You might also want to read Chapter 4 to understand how to run a what-if scoring model for your project. e. You will submit 2 files, a pdf file with 4-8 pages and another separate pdf file showing an updated Gantt Chart.Website And Mobile App Development of Shelby Airlines The purpose of this project is to develop a mobile application for our airline company to improve user experience and convenience for customers as a whole. The app's end users will include tech- savvy travelers who are familiar with the fundamentals of mobile apps. We are aware that the public enjoys adventure, independence, and discovery. Even kindergarten-aged children enjoy flying on airplanes; our audience is not just confined to a select group of people. But, to be more precise, having motor control is a must for our educational level. Project Scope The creation of a mobile application for our airline firm will be the main goal of this project. The following features will be present on the website and app: . Mobile App g oversight of flight information o access to in-flight services o Finding and purchasing flights o Program management for loyalty a Consumer service o Live flight information Website 0 Main page of the booking system with an overview of the airline and its offerings o Options for payment o Customer service details and contact information o Flight times and ticket costs Project Personnel, roles, and responsibilities Tykeem Glisson will serve as the project's project director. My project team will consist of a content writer, a web designer (Mark Tucker). a web developer (John Runner), a mobile appdeveloper (Sasha Beans), and a web designer (John Runner) (Tykeem Glisson). John is responsible for the website's technical components as part of his duties as a web developer, Mark is in charge of creating the overall aesthetic of a website or user interface, which includes the use of graphics, photos, colors, fonts in a range of sizes, and font styles. We are relying on Sasha to develop our app for use on mobile devices like a tablet or smartphone. Project Design The website will feature a user-friendly layout and a clean, modern look. The project will cost approximately $49,000. We anticipate spending $117,000 on the project as a whole. By using the application Microsoft Project as my primary to show adjustments with the scheduling and planning of ever event Evaluation By examining the project scope, assessing the project requirements, examining the project budget, and examining client and internal satisfaction, I intend to gauge a project'ssuccess. Based on the quantity of reservations made on the website and customer reviews, the project's success will be assessed. Resources/Resource Needs/Allocation Coming into this project I'm well educated on building or understanding the construction of a Mobile app or website.
