Project $7$: Assign Incidents

In this project you will implement the $$Assign Incident$$ feature to assign incidents to

technicians.

The Assign Incident Page

Operation

$$ When navigating to this page, a list of open and unassigned incidents should be

displayed.

$$ When the $$Assign$$ button is clicked, the incident is assigned to the selected

technician. The page is then refreshed. The incident should no longer display in this

list. It should appear in the display incidents list.

Specifications

$$ Only show incidents that are currently open and not assigned to a technician.

$$ Open incidents should be ordered by the date they were opened; from oldest to

newest.
