Project Assignment Task 1 - Project Ideas

Provide a course project idea:

Project ideas: can be any projects 1) you worked on in the past; 2) currently from work/home; 3) plan for work/home; or 4) some projects your family or friends worked/work on. Ideally, not too simple with enough challenging (that you feel you need help to put together), but not too overwhelming complex

• Project selections: by definition, an actual projectmust have: defined measurable deliverables, cost, and duration.For example, getting a job is not a deliverable. Getting an engineering job with a 100K annual salary, 40 hours working week, and full benefits could be measurable deliverables. And you all three elements to be a real project.
• Selecting an actual project (with all the elements) is essential to practice your skillset learned. And also, believe me, it will also make the Project assignments in the following weeks easier.

Project Assignment Task 2 - Project Execution Plan

Provide a project execution plan include:

1) Context of your project

2) What you are going to do: high level activities

3) How you are are going to get it done: correlated above activities

4) How long is going to take

5) Cost estimate (or your target budget)

Requirement:

• I am not looking at perfection of each elements. But Must include all elements and show linkage - 2), 3), 4) &5) Should all breakdown by high level of activities
• At least five high level of activities
