Some 100,000 rock and roll fans attend the Rock Fest . Planning for the concert begins many months before the actual concert date . This year the concert will take place on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend September 3 2005 . Planning f for the concert begins on January 28 . 2005 . As a recent operations management graduate , you have been hired to help schedule this year's concert . Hard Rock follows a normal workweek k and observes all traditional holidays . Specifically these holidays include , Good Friday (March 25:), Memorial Day (May 30# ), July 4th, and Labor Day (September 5:). All planning activities must be complete by September 3 . 2005 .
