Congratulations, CSI Tech has just called and they are impressed with your resume and want to bring you in for a face to face interview! I know youll do well. There are three positions you can apply for; DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, Scrum Master and QA Engineer. Pick the one you are most interested in.

Interviewer:

1. Good afternoon, please remind me what position at CSI Tech you are interested in..

2. Great CSI Tech needs more of those! Why do you want to be a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer or QA Engineer? (the one you picked) What are the characteristics of the best candidate for this position?

3. How would you describe yourself? Why would YOU make you a good fit for our organization in this role?

4. What tools (at least three) are you comfortable using for that role? (Pick tools that this position would need to use, for example: if you are applying for a software engineering position you would want to describe your favorite IDE.). What are the advantages or disadvantages of the tools that you like using?

5. Our IT organization used to be Waterfall, but now we are planning to switch to Scrum. Were hoping you know something about working with the Agile methodology:

a. Compared Agile to Waterfall. What are advantages and disadvantages of Agile Process.

b. What are the 4 Agile values?

c. Pick TWO of the 12 Agile Principles and tell me what it means to you? How do YOU follow these principles?

d. What do you mean by refactoring? Is it the same as debugging?

6. Were also going through a Lean-SixSigma training and review. What does that mean? What is Lean-SixSigma? Do you have relevant experience or skills to use this approach?
