Customer Focused E-commerce Site With AI Bot
With over 80% of global consumers trying online shopping at least once, the greatest
opportunity for e-commerce companies is to build a long-lasting and profitable relationship
with this already existing audience. Such a strong relationship requires utmost focus on the
customer as a whole and making sense of a flood of real-time information that goes well
beyond demographics or shopping behavior. There are two entities who will have access to
the system. One is the admin and another one will be the registered user. Admin will add the
product with its details such as product name, description, features, warranty, add product,
and delivery date. Admin can also view and edit the product information whenever required.
Admin can view all the order details and can also view the sales of the products. User need
to register with basic registration details to generate a valid username and password. After
login, user can view all the recommended products on the homepage compiled by system
based on users information. User can select the desired product and view its details and
add to cart if he/she wishes to buy the product. Users can also ask queries to AI bot
regarding any product details and the AI bot will return the query result in form of
text-to-speech. After selecting the product, user can make payment for the particular
product online. Users can view their order history of their purchased product.Part 1 report will contain the following things:
1. List of Actors
2..List of functional requirements as user requirements for each actor.
3. Use Case Model.
4. List of nonfunctional requirements measurable requirements.
5. List of functional requirements as system requirements using the adopted table format.part 2, you should submit:
1. Two activity diagrams for two functional requirements from the previous part.
2. Class Diagram of the whole system.
3. Two sequence diagrams for two functions you choose from previous part.
4. Two clear state diagram for two classes you choose from point 2.final part:
Architectural and Component Design
1. Model (Diagram) of your application architecture
2. Description of the architecture: general description for each component, and Justification of your chosen architecture.
3. Component Level Design
4.. Database Design (Logical Mapping of the DB Class diagram) and Description for database tables.
5.User Interface Design(Views or screens).The requirement is to design an initial layout for the project screens, with a minimum of eight screens you can use canva or any other software
