The aim of this project is to design and simulate a traffic controller for a Tintersection. The controller has a single input and four outputs.
The intersection shown in Figure has traffic coming from three different directions A B and C
Traffic coming from directions and has a single traffic light each, while traffic coming from direction A has traffic lights as follows:
A: Controls whether the traffic proceeds forward or not.
A: Controls whether the traffic is allowed to go left or not.
In addition, the intersection has a push button I for pedestrians, when pressed it stops all traffic and allows pedestrians to cross.

Design Requirements:
The traffic lights at this intersection operate with only two signals: for Green and for Red. ie no Yellow
The traffic at this intersection has modes mode mode mode and mode
The sequence of traffic lights should follow mode mode mode mode mode etc
When the pedestrian button is pressed, the controller should transition to mode after completing the current mode time.
Once the time for mode has elapsed, the controller will resume with mode mode mode etc.
