Project Details:The purpose of this project is to describe and analyze business activities of a selected company. The project provides the students an opportunity to link theoretical aspects of the course with real world situations and to learn the challenges faced by companies in application of the concepts and techniques of business. required to undertake business activities for an existing Saudi company and write a report about it. The project report should not be less than 1000 words and not more than 2000 words. The evaluation criteria for the project is attached. More details about the report format and outline are provided below:

Project Report Contents:

1. Brief general idea about the company (name of the company, field of business, location)
2. Products and target markets of the company.
3. Organization structure of the company.
4. Social responsibility activities of the company.
5. Steps in the production process of the goods or services of the company.
6. Marketing activities of the company (promotion, pricing, distribution)
7. Recommendations to improve company's performance (At least 3 recommendations)
8. Conclusion.
