Project: Gantt Chart

Now that you have completed the WBS for your project, you should begin working on the processes involved in project time management. First, convert your organizational chart WBS into MS Project. Next, expand your WBS by adding any necessary activities (tasks). You will need to setup the appropriate sequencing (predecessor tasks) and fill in the durations for each task. Finally, enter the necessary resource estimates. Once you have filled in the data, analyze the sequences, resource estimates, and activity duration estimates to create the final project schedule. Using MS Project, highlight the critical path in red. (You may have to research how to do this.) You should submit the final project schedule as a MS project file (.mpp).
