Project Identification Assignment Overview Imagine that you've applied for a $10K grant to complete a project in your community. The project must benefit a non-profit organization, locally owned small business, church, or other similar group. Pending approval of your project plan, you'll have complete control of the $10K to spend on your project. First though, you have to submit the project idea. Following the guidelines in chapter one about what a project is and is not, identify a project that could be completed with the within the $10K budget (will cost $10k or less to complete) and that can be completed in less than 8 (eight) weeks. The first step in recelving the funding is to present your project idea. Provide a brief (3-5 sentence) description of the project and a brief (3-5) sentence statement of justification (why you believe the project is worth completing - what good will come of it) and a brief explanation of your role as the project manager, and the composition of your project team. Your project identification document should be no more than 1 double-spaced page and must be formatted according to APA formatting guidelines
