Instructions:

2. Analyse the current supply chain: Conduct a thorough analysis of the company's current supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, making, delivering, and returning. Identify any inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

3. Develop a SCOR model: Based on the analysis, develop a SCOR model that aligns with the company's business strategy and addresses any inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for each process in the SCOR model.

4. Implement the SCOR model: Implement the SCOR model in the company's supply chain by making necessary changes to existing processes, such as redesigning workflows or implementing new technologies. Ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the changes and are trained on the new processes.

5. Monitor and evaluate performance: Monitor the performance of the new SCOR model by tracking the KPIs identified in step 3. Evaluate the results and make necessary adjustments to improve performance further.
