Components:

• Introduction: Briefly recap HealthHub and the centralized healthcare management system.
• Incident Response Team: Define the roles and responsibilities of the incident response team members, including external cybersecurity consultants.
• Incident Classification: Develop criteria for classifying incidents based on severity and type.
• Incident Response Procedures: Develop a step-by-step procedure for responding to security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare services and maximum protection of patient data.
