Project Initiation The Portfolio Project for this course is a practical example of your skills developed throughout the entire Master's course of study in project management. Module lecture information is a refresher for information you learned in the entire program of study, so you will not be able to simply use the modules to complete your portfolio project. It is strongly suggested that students use the PMBOK Guide as a resource during the development of the Portfolio Project. It is expected that you will revise and improve upon work completed each week culminating in a final Portfolio Project in Module 8.
