Project Instructions

You are a consultant and have been hired by a small business to write a marketing plan. You are asked to provide three to five marketing strategies to improve the number of customers, build business awareness, and increase overall profits for the business.

First, identify a local business and discuss this project with the owner. If it is your own business, please note that in the report.

Please include:

1. The owners name or contact person
2. The name of the business
3. A description of the business including products and\or services.
4. Please include any product and\or services pricing and expenses you have discovered in this process
5. The mission statement, if they have one, of the business.

Please submit this assignment asProject Part One.

Next, write a marketing plan for the business. You will find examples of a marketing plan in your textbook, on www.score.org, and www.sba.gov. Feel free to contact me with any questions about writing a marketing plan.

Project Part Two.

Finally, submit thethree to fivemarketing strategies to improve the number of customers and increase profits for the business. These should be your recommendations on how to improve and grow the business.

Project Part Three.

Please provide well thought out and very developed answers, Grammar and spelling does count, and I will be looking for a professionally developed report.
