Project Managers use a variety of tools and templates to help them manage their projects.

1. Post one tool or template that you find useful in managing your projects.
2. Explain when you would use it, and why you like this particular tool or template. This could be something your organization uses or something you have found through research. This must be properly referenced. If the tool is not free, you will need to estimate the cost.
