Final ProJect: [20 POINTS] Adopt the Scrum framework development methodology in the following case study as the only assessment project for the Agile Development Methodology course. Your case study is a warehouse management system (WMS). This WMS consists of software and processes that allow organizations to control and administer warehouse operations from the time goods or materials enter a warehouse until they move out. The aim of this application is to allow warehouse officer to manage the shipping process. Your team should develop a platform that allows warehouse officer in the warehouse to manage items by adding/packing items to lists, updating items from lists and deleting items. Also, the warehouse employee shall be able to generate invoices. The items are classified into two categories: customer merchandise and warehouse merchandise. The two categories appear at homepage. After clicking on one of the categories, the category opened shows the list of current items and the button (+). If the warehouse officer wishes to add a new item, then he should click on + and add items details that are name, quantity and price. If admin wishes deleting current item, then he should click on current item in the category and press () that is the delete button. In the next release, the application shall send advance shipment notifications to recipients. The developed application should satisfy CRITERION 1: [5 POINTS] A. The project should produce a working software increment that implements the above scenario in a sprint that its duration is two weeks. Run the code in review meeting with me before the submission deadline. Criterion 2: [7 POINTS] A. The scrum team should carry out the following: I. Idnetify each member role in the team: Product Owner (PO), Scrum Master (SM), Development Team (DT) 1. The Product Owner (PO) must collect all product software requirements for this platform and show the backlog items. All items should be written as features and prioritised in the product backlog. 2. The PO must select items from the backlog that are related to scenario above and present it in front scrum team SM and DT. Sprint backlog shall be shown as part of sprint palnning. All scrum team members should write, review user stories and add points after agreement. 3. Provide Burndown chart for a sprint from your project. 4. Scrum master shall make sure that scrum process is run appropriately addressing all values, pillars, events and artifacts. II. The team should submit one page report that shows the outcomes of the review meeting. (Hint: you sholud run demo infront of me then to write this report). III.
