Project Objective/Vision:

To create a system that contains all the tools needed to manage the company's assets like vehicles, workstations which include (repairs/maintenance, managing vehicles registration, requesting replacements), and the company's employees (Vacation days, Salary, Contracts management). For measuring the effectiveness and success of the system we are to investigate

Users' satisfaction: Users have few complaints/ requests for maintenance.

Customer Loyalty: Companies keep renewing their contracts with us.

To reach our goals for the system in a timely manner we established a chain of authority for the project development to run smoothly, project managers duty will be to split the team into groups and informing them on their responsibility, although for the time and cost constraints we are to organize project board meetings between project managers and company representatives to negotiate time and cost terms and communicate project progress.

Within the project team the project manager will make sure that the project will meet all the requirement, and for the developers they will develop the front-end & back-end for our project, also the Interface designer they will create the design for the pages, finally Finance department achieving the budget for the project, Outside the project team, but within the organization, such as the client will have some requirements for the system that the project manager will have to achieve, the employee will need an easy-to-use and understand interface system, and the company finance team will need the lowest cost we can provide them, finally, Company manager want to have access to all the info of the employee, Outside the project team and the organization, Hosting servers company will be contracted to host our project

For the methods of communication we will have interactive communication, push communication and pull communication, Interactive communication will be used for face to face if possible otherwise we will establish communication through phone class or video conferences to ensure ideas are communicated clearly, We will be using push communication for non-time sensitive communication using Emails, project newsletter and project documentation, Pull communication will provide transparency with stakeholders pull communication in the form of project website or landing page, Project knowledge base and project management software.
