Company: Plantfulness Representatives: Bonnie Hook Date: 06/07/23 PROJECT BRIEF Project Title: Evolving Plantfulness Company information Plantfulness believes in Gardening for Good. The organisation recognises that gardening, or having access to a green space can improve mental health and also physical health. It can create connection between communities, combat isolation and provides an opportunity for enjoyable physical activity in strength building as well as movement. 1. We partner with not-for-profit organisations who provide these services to the community. 2. We donate our products to the organisation for them to use in their gardens and help to deliver their services 3. If appropriate and possible, we organise a volunteer day at the organisation where we will take along up to 12 of our AMES employees, for 4 hours to complete a task such as planting, harvesting, digging, moving soil, etc. We aim to have 12 volunteer days per year. Company Vision / mission statement Our charitable purpose is to improve the mental and physical health of the members of our community by promoting mindfulness and health through participation in gardening and nature. We support charities and community programs by contributing equipment and human resources. Target The wider community who wants to be involved in charity work or support an organisation who is helping people improve their mental health and wellbeing by gardening Scope Incorporating external volunteers into PFN At the moment our volunteers are made up of AMES staff. This is to increase productivity, engagement, and fulfilment of employees of the business. However, it also means that we are limited by the number of events we can run due to a pool of volunteers (maximum 200 across the eastern seaboard of Australia). We are running one event per month, however there is much more work we can be doing. This would also increase the exposure opportunity of Plantfulness. How do we promote it as a charity that corporate workplaces partner with to volunteer at What would be the benefits of this What would it look like How would we promote it What are the limitations How do we market it

Limitations Budget > No budget proposed. We are a not for profit, which must be considered. Social media would preferably be done for free. We have a marketing & design team who are available to work on Plantfulness. Risks > External volunteers would come with risks and considerations. Would need to consult legal on this. PIs or other metrics Please find attached strategic plan to gain more of an idea of Plantfulness. Plantfulness has been active since September. Prior to this it was established with a framework, however since then it has grown rapidly, and I feel there needs to be some more structure in place to ensure that we are tracking towards scaling capability. We currently have 20 partners who we support financially with product donations and where possible, we do volunteer events at.

(Most important is to fill some tasks to help fulfil the mission statement
