Project PlanningThe PM needs to understand the requirements and corporate objectives for Sunshine Rail to assist them with the project. The PM should also know who the stakeholders are and what roles they play for easy reference. To help manage this project, each stakeholder must truly understand their role and have complete buy in of the project's objective. Project managers musteffectively manage all project team members or stakeholders, additional resources, monetary funding, and any conflict or project risks. The PM has been provided with a 15-month implementation timeframe to work within. Project scope, along with a detailed strategic organizational plan can help avoid unforeseen problems or delays for the duration of this project.Astrid Varga is the assigned PM for the ECO-Stream project. Astrid will need to go through all the different yet necessary requirements, meetings, and documentation for this project to ensure it is both on-time and within the allotted budget as there is no extra funding available. The main business requirements for this project need to be clearly communicated to the project team. Eachstakeholder must know the project schedule, the project cost, and the project reporting tools which will allow for easy communication amongst all stakeholders, Sunshine Rail executives, and the funding establishments to quickly see the project's status
