project: Stationaries and Office Supplies Inc, (SAOS) had tie-ups with five clients, numbered 001 through 005, in the same multi-storied building. The company uses computers only for mail and basic documentation (by the manager). Whenever any client needs any office supplies, somebody from their office calls and asks for them. An entry is made in the order-received register by the shop order clerk. He sends an order slip to the delivery clerk.

Once the supplies are packed, the delivery clerk makes an entry in a delivery register, and the supplies are sent to the clients through the shop courier.

At the end of every day, the office clerk prepares an order received a report for every client. Also, at the end of every day, the delivery clerk generates a fulfillment report for every client. Both reports are given to the manager.

The manager checks both reports for the correct item, quantity, and value. The manager creates an invoice for each client, and emails verified invoices to respective clients the next day in the morning.
