Project Team A consists of six members and exists in a network of project teams across the organization. Each individual in project team A is connected to each other but also to the larger organization, including other project teams within the organization. Project team A enjoys very close connections with each other and feels a closer tie to each other than they feel to other project teams at work. Project team A illustrates this concept defined as a group of people that are more tightly connected to each other than they are to other people/groups found in the same network
