PROJECT TNDR II This project consist in a problem of coastal navigation, composed from at least 10 steps (8 of them are compulsory, as follows). Compulsory steps: 1. the sailing: (at the begining or at the end of the project) 2. current action (to calculate b, COG, SOG) 3. wind action (to calculate , COG, SOG) 4. determine a running fix position using two bearing lines (pb. 5,7) 5. determine a fix position using three bearing lines (pb.4) 6. determine a fix position using a bearing line and range (pb. 6) 7. determine a fix position using sextant horizontal angles (pb. 6) 8. determine a fix position using two distance (pb. 7) There is an individual project, it need to be work on chart no. 1652. The project should be presented. At the presentation the student must have: the problem - composed and solved by himself (according to the problem solved on classes); chartwork.
