Purpose

This assignment helps you work through project closure (termination) for the entire project. Through this closure (terminating) process as the project manager, you will review all planning documents and create a synthesis of project findings, recommendations, and conclusion. Recall that in writing an executive summary, as you did in a previous assignment, the summary was very precise and concise, yet informative for the audience. As a synthesis, the final report should be comprehensive in addressing each of the components but concise in the information that is included within this final document or project artifact.

You will create and verify the final Project Closure (Termination) Report in collaboration with your mentor and project team. This report supports your informatics-practice readiness in the role of project manager for an evidence-informed quality improvement project.
