PROJECT WORK- Prepare report on TItan Company Ltd.

a. Brief introduction - Economy, Industry & the Company relevant to the analysis

b. Important information extracted from the annual report indicating its business model, auditors opinion, shareholding pattern, segment operations, accounting policies for revenue recognition, depreciation, inventories, investments etc c. Financial accounting analysis of the company:

1. Historical analysis of the financial statements, for last available 2 Years

2. Based on the analysis you need to forecast the financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income statement and cash flow) for the next fiscal year end March 2022.

3. Mention whether you have taken standalone or consolidated numbers for the analysis.

d. Specific areas of strengths and weaknesses of the firm based on accounting analysis

e. Clearly articulate all assumptions made, basis and references made to Directors Report, Transcripts of Conference Calls etc

f. Analysis is to be done at annual level only (i.e. annual results and financials).

g. Apart from ratios, analysis to include DuPont analysis and Altman z score h. Recommendations for the company based on your analysis
